Role Responsibilities
We are seeking passionate and dedicated mentors for ALL professions to provide guidance and support to individuals in their respective fields. As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for mentees through one-on-one sessions conducted remotely for a minimum of 30 minutes each month. You can open up your own calendar for each month.
Communication
Engage in meaningful discussions with mentees to assist them in achieving their professional goals
Be Open to Feedback
Provide constructive feedback and share expertise relevant to the mentee's career path
Personalized Plans
Develop personalized mentoring plans tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of each mentee
